This fortnight's newsletter is full of exciting updates and highlights.

From our St Roch's Reading Challenge, to making arrays Year 2, 100 days of Prep, a summary of the learning in 3/4SM and an update on STEAM this newsletter has it all. Don't forget to have a look at our special page 'Whose dog (or cat) is that?' to see some of the pets belonging to our staff memebers as we prepare to celebrate St Roch's Feast Day on Monday 16th August.

A message from our principal Angie Mastoras: Whilst the latest announcement is not what any of us wanted to hear, I know that I can speak on behalf of Father Gallacher, Nadine, Louise, John, Cassie, Sue, Maddie, Jo, Penny, Rachel, Sofie, Matthew, Teresa, Alex, Marjie, Trish, Christina, Alison, Carmel, Libby, Lisa, Pauline, Simone and Jane that we are overwhelmed by the feedback we are receiving from you and your children.

Thank you for all of your messages and kind words. We are so proud of our students and we can only thank your support of them for what has been achieved.

Certainly, the challenges are there and we have to acknowledge that there is disappointment, frustration and sadness. On a positive note, I remind myself that we are lucky to be a part of such a wonderful community. We will continue to plan for future events and particularly for the return of everyone onsite and face-to-face teaching!!
